The Broadway Sings Young Artists Program  is an ongoing Broadway Performance Workshop taught by actual Broadway professionals who have performed leading roles in Broadway shows such as Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera, Miss Saigon, Mamma Mia, and Mary Poppins.

Broadway Sings Young Artists Program provides students with the ability to learn the craft of musical theatre while making contacts and building relationships within the Broadway community.

The Young Artist Program is an intensive professional training experience that will focus on teaching the students specific performance skills - as well as exploring many aspects of the business of being a successful professional musical theatre performer.

The training - geared towards developing and furthering the student's natural gifts – gives  each young artist individual attention in a warmly supportive and nurturing learning environment, encouraging them to learn at their own pace and skill level while also challenging them to push their boundaries.

Each session will explore many aspects of the craft of Broadway professional musical theater performance, including:

  • Vocal coaching and musical theatre song study/technique

  • Choreography:  including learning actual Broadway choreography from productions such as High School Musical and Mamma Mia.

  • Complete productions: certain sessions will culminate in concert or staged performances of an entire musical – in a complete professional theatrical setting – including lighting, sound and professional live orchestra*
