Case Study: Hamilton Up Close, for 1,000 Colleagues

When a global consulting firm wanted its company-wide values celebration to be truly unforgettable, Broadway Sings brought Hamilton to them. At The Glasshouse on Manhattan’s West Side, we produced a full afternoon of entertainment for 1,000 guests, headlined by an original Broadway cast star of Hamilton.

The program opened with a 45-minute fireside chat with the six performers from the show, followed by a full concert alongside a huge band, and closed with a cast photo op.

Case Study: A Milestone Night for the Women's Tennis Association

When the WTA celebrated a milestone anniversary of its storied Cincinnati tournament, Broadway Sings was brought in to weave live Broadway performance through the entire gala. Rather than a single set, we built four custom musical moments around the evening's run of show: an opening duet with lyrics rewritten to celebrate the tournament's history, two champion-themed anthems bookending dinner service — each synced to tribute videos honoring the sport's legends — and a high-energy send-off that launched guests into the after-party.

Two Broadway vocalists and our music team collaborated with the client's producers on every detail, from song selection and custom arrangements to programming and show flow. The result was a gala where the music didn't just entertain — it told the story of the night. The client loved it so much, they've brought us back for their tennis galas ever since.

Our team handled the complete musical production: song selection, custom charts and arrangements, music direction, soundcheck, and run of show to ensure the evening flowed seamlessly from tribute to celebration. The performance was also captured on film and premiered for World AIDS Day, extending the fundraiser's reach far beyond the room.

That's right. We have almost two decades of experience working with Broadway talent, producing high-caliber events with high-caliber voices. Many of the performers in our roster have not only performed consistently on Broadway, but are Tony® Award Nominees and Winners.

We typically recommend four to six weeks to develop a well-rounded entertainment program, though we are able to accommodate requests with as little as a few days' notice.

Absolutely — while we are based in New York City, our team (singers, band, staff) is available to travel for events nationwide and internationally.

Not necessarily. In fact, the majority of what we produce falls outside of the Broadway genre entirely. You still get the same high-caliber Broadway voices (our performers cover pop, rock, jazz, Motown, holiday classics, and more), and we tailor every set to your event's theme and audience. Tell us the vibe you're going for and we'll build the performance around it.

Absolutely — with over 500 arrangements in our repertoire, chances are we already have exactly what you need. You're welcome to choose from our existing catalog, or we can create custom arrangements tailored to your brand, theme, or event vision.
